As a photographer you are busy planning your next session, photographing, editing, etc that you forgot about taking pictures of your own children. I was determined after my son was born that I would be very good about taking pictures of him and getting them printed. And I was, but then my daughter was born two years later and I got lazier about taking my children’s pictures. My daughter asked if I could take pictures of her in one of her favorites dresses and of course I couldn’t say no. I let her pick her dress and she decided she wanted flowers in her picture. So mommy and daughter headed to the park to play and we had a great time. I got lots of great pictures and memories to have forever. My camera now sits on the kitchen counter so I can grab those moments and not miss out.
